Bendigo Loddon Primary Care Partnership operates on the traditional lands of the Dja Dja Wurrung, Taungng 

and Barapa Barapa people and recognises them as the traditional owners. We pay our respects to leaders and elders past, present and emerging for they hold the memories, the traditions, the culture and the hopes of all 

Dja Dja Wurrung, Taungurung  and Barapa Barapa people.  


We express our gratitude in the sharing of this land, our sorrow for the personal, spiritual and cultural costs of that sharing and our hope that we may walk forward together in harmony and in the spirit of healing.

Our Vision

Bendigo Loddon Primary Care Partnership's (BLPCP) vision is to create a seamless health and community services system within the context of broader health and well being to achieve an empowered, engaged and resilient community. 

 

The purpose of the partnership is to plan and partner together to close gaps in service access, share our talents and resources, and create opportunities to better the health and wellbeing of our communities.

 

The primary goal of the partnership for 2013 - 2017 is to strengthen collaboration and integration across sectors in order to:

 

  • Maximise health and wellbeing outcomes

  • Promote health equity

  • Avoid unnecessary hospital presentations and admissions

 

The goal of the partnership 2018-2020 is that through alignment of planning and partnership activity strengthen collaboration and service integration across sectors.
