Strategic Plan

Bendigo Loddon Primary Care Partnership operates on a four-year planning model.

The current Strategic Plan 2018 - 2020 was developed in partnership with key stakeholders and under the guidance of the Board.

The Strategic Plan represents significant discussion and definitive actions the partnership will undertake over the next few years.

The evidence based priorities we will work towards are:

  1. Prevention aligned with Victorian Health and Wellbeing Plan 2019-23

  2. Access, Equity & Integration incorporating consumer engagement and health literacy as well as service integration.

The Board looks forward to building the strength of the partnership and focusing its services on isolated and vulnerable population groups.

The Board appreciates the involvement and the contribution of the partnership’s partner agencies and trusts the partnership will continue to grow and prosper.
