Sexual Health

Sexual health is a person’s physical, psychological and social wellbeing related to their sexual development, sexuality and reproductive health.

It is the ability to enjoy and express their sexuality free from risk of disease, unwanted pregnancy, coercion, violence and discrimination.

For sexual health to be attained and maintained the sexual rights of all people must be respected.

Bendigo Loddon Primary Care Partnership (BLPCP) has worked closely with health and community organisations operating in Bendigo and Loddon to improve the sexual health outcomes through improved cooperation and health promotion.
